Job Responsibilities for our Stock Controller Maintain accurate stock levels, coordinate parts for refurbishment, manufacturing, branches, and external markets. Organise and dispatch parts efficiently, ensuring compliance with export and company regulations. Lead stock checks, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. Receive, inspect, and accurately book goods-in, maintaining an organised and efficient area. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, support production, and prevent stock shortages. Identify process improvement opportunities, mitigate stock risks, and support operational projects. Key Skills / Competencies Experience in stock control, inventory management, and handling components or spare parts. Knowledge of MRP systems (AX Dynamics preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High attention to detail with strong organisational and housekeeping skills. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team. Understanding of machine parts or a willingness to learn.
