About the Role
As a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer, you'll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across a wide range of building services equipment. Your work will help maintain operational continuity for our clients, ensuring systems remain safe, functional and compliant.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Completing PPM tasks in line with site schedules and CAFM requirements
2. Responding quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests
3. Diagnosing and rectifying faults across mechanical and electrical systems
4. Ensuring all documentation, reports and compliance records are completed accurately
5. Working safely and following all Method Statements and Risk Assessments
6. Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard
