Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
Location: Sutton
Salary Range: £90 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start time: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN.
* Assist in delivering tailored learning strategies to meet individual needs.
* Encourage students' confidence, independence, and engagement in lessons.
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to implement personalised learning plans.
* Assist with managing behaviour and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Support students with emotional regulation, communication, and social skills.
Requirements of the SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
* Previous experience working with SEN students or relevant training is preferred.
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
* A current CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained) and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* Understanding of various SEN conditions.
* Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
