Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Perth for a Service Advisor at John Clark MG/Select. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing aftersales services. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with customers about their service needs, coordinating workshop jobs with the technicians and sales department, and maintaining accurate records of service performed.
Qualifications
* Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
* Strong Communication skills
* Experience in Aftersales services
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* A valid driver’s license
