Role Purpose:
- Manage the nursery day-to-day, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and Ofsted expectations
- Be a role model for staff, showcasing high-quality practice with children, staff, and parents
- Promote safety, security, and wellbeing for all
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Person in the DSLs absence
- Lead the nursery to Outstanding with Ofsted
- Drive development through a rigorous action plan Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- 3 years nursery experience (preferred)
- 3 years childcare experience (preferred)
- Excellent leadership, time management, and people skills
- Passion for learning and team development
- Paediatric First Aid certified xjlbheb
- DBS What we offer:
- Competitive salary: £35,000
- £40,500 per annum
