The Role
A central pillar of this role is Team Leadership & Development, where you'll directly train, supervise, and nurture the growth of the mobile security officers, conducting regular appraisals to support their professional journeys. This people-focused work is tightly coupled with Operational Efficiency, as you'll be responsible for the complex logistics of creating and maintaining seamless rota patterns and mobile schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation across all sites. Furthermore, you will act as the primary point of contact for external partners, engaging in Client Relationship Management through regular site visits to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Underlying all these activities is a commitment to Compliance & Safety, achieved by compiling meticulous assignment instructions and health and safety risk assessments, alongside a dedication to Data-Driven Improvement by proactively analysing mobile data reports to identify and implement strategic enhancements to service delivery.
Role Responsibilities
* Supervise, train and direct the mobile and response security officers
* Organise and maintain efficient security officer rota patterns and mobile schedules
* Maintain good customer relations through organising regular customer visits
* Compile all assignment instructions and health and safety risk assessments
* Conduct KPI's and annual appraisals with the mobile security officers
* Analyse mobile data reports as a tool for identifying improvement opportunities
* Respond to call outs and incidents during the working day and to investigate
* Ensure all mobile vehicles are maintained

Mandatory Criteria
* Age: Over the age of 25.
* Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
* Vetting: Ability to provide 5 years checkable history to complete BS7858 vetting and screening.
