Position: Parts Advisor
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us. Responsibilities include dealing with internal and external customers, ordering parts, and invoicing. You will have experience working in a busy Parts department. Your duties will include receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively, and integrating with other departments to maintain smooth operations. The successful candidate will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and adhere to deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in the Automotive Industry
* Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
* Experience in a selling/customer service environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
