Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success
The HR Placement Student will become a valued member of the well‑established UK Human Resources Team, working within the broader European HR Team, providing vital support across HR operations and talent acquisition.
This role will provide significant exposure to HR processes, stakeholder engagement and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
* Support the HR team with day‑to‑day administration across the employee lifecycle
* Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
* Assist with HR reporting and ad‑hoc HR projects
Talent Acquisition Support
* Coordinate interviews within the UK, in partnership with the Europe Talent Acquisition Team, collaborating closely with hiring managers.
* Manage candidate communication and scheduling
* Support recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Early Careers Recruitment
* Take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding process for our 2027 UK Placement Student intake
* Liaise with universities, candidates, internal stakeholders and hiring managers
* Support employer branding and student engagement initiatives

You will be studying for an undergraduate degree (ideally in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field), having completed your second year you will be seeking a 12‑month placement as part of your course.
