The Role
The Treasury Manager will play a crucial role in managing the firm's treasury operations.
1. Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity across UK and international offices
2. Produce cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making
3. Maintain excellent relationships with banking partners and manage online banking platforms
4. Identify and manage treasury-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
5. Prepare treasury reports and provide insights for senior finance leadership
6. Drive continuous improvement in treasury processes and systems
7. Collaborate with finance teams and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders
The Candidate
The ideal Treasury Manager will possess the following qualifications and skills.
8. Proven experience in a treasury or cash management role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
9. Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
10. Experience in a multi-currency environment
11. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
12. Confident communicator with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
13. Qualified accountant or treasury qualification is desirable
14. Proactive and solutions-focused with a collaborative approach
