About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will support:
* Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face briefings with clients, initiating the planning process.
* Project Planning: Develop comprehensive work schedules based on client specifications, ensuring all necessary resources are identified.
* Coordination: Communicate show requirements to all graphics departments and coordinate with design and production teams.
* Budget Management: Provide detailed costing programs to clients and maintain up-to-date schedules accessible on our server.
* Financial Oversight: Meet month-end financial deadlines, ensuring all purchase orders and invoices are completed on time.
* Communication: Maintain strong communication with design and production teams to manage deadlines and schedule changes.
* On-site Preparation: Create detailed installation packs for on-site setups before event builds commence.
