Triple West Medical has been appointed by an NHS organisation in South Wales to help recruit a Consultant in Gastroenterology on a substantive or fixed-term contract.

Department Services
The department offers comprehensive GI services, including tertiary services such as complex hepatobiliary disease, EUS, oesophageal manometry, complex IBD, intestinal failure, home parenteral nutrition, and advanced endoscopy (EMR, ESD, RFA). The ERCP service, based at one site, handles approximately 450 cases annually. Bowel screening colonoscopy is performed at another site, which also serves as a regional centre for endoscopy training, assessment, and clinical trials.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in managing GI cancer and attending Tumour Boards (MDTs)
* Experience with chronic gastrointestinal diseases
* GMC registration is essential
* Suitable for overseas doctors with a Certificate of Sponsorship
