About the Trainee Sales Manager Role:
As a Trainee Sales Manager, youll start in a customer-facing sales position, learning how to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. From there, you'll be supported through structured progression into a leadership role, where youll coach others and help drive team performance.
You will gain experience in:
Face-to-face sales and customer engagement
Campaign strategy and planning
Sales coaching and leadership techniques
Performance management and goal setting
Business development and client interaction
Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Manager:
Promote our clients services through direct customer interactions
Deliver exceptional service and handle queries with professionalism
Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
Support newer team members as you develop into a leadership position
Attend ongoing training workshops and mentoring sessions
