Purpose
To provide expert legal support in agriculture and rural affairs, managing a diverse caseload of property and agricultural matters while delivering exceptional client service and building long‑term relationships within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on agriculture and rural affairs, including land, tenancy, and succession matters.
* Managing property transactions for agricultural and rural clients, ensuring due diligence in all areas.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
* Providing guidance on regulatory, planning, and compliance issues affecting rural properties.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service.
* Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal advice.
* Keeping up to date with changes in agriculture, rural law, and property legislation.
* Undertaking any research necessary to give correct advice.
* Achieving time and billing targets.
* Managing a varied caseload whilst being flexible to changing demands.
* Ensuring client matters are progressed улс effective way and files are kept in good order.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
