The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of the organisation's IT Systems and infrastructure. This includes managing servers, networks, operating systems, applications, and providing technical support to end-users.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring system uptime and security.
The role will require 1st & 2nd line support as needed and liaising with 3rd party IT support partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support EMEA and APAC users
* Hardware & software installation, maintenance, and repair
* Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups
* Perform routine system updates and backups
* Implement and maintain IT security policies, antivirus software, and data loss strategies
* Support end users with hardware, software, and network issues
* Manage virtual technologies
* Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and policies
* Collaborate with other IT staff and departments on technical projects
* Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions as needed

Are you a MATCH?
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3–5 years experience in IT systems administration or similar role
Technical Skills:
* Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
* Experience with SAGE 200
* Power BI experience essential
* Proficient in SQL Server query language
* Experience with Microsoft Office and VBA
* Experience with SAGE Administration tool
* Knowledge of reporting tools e.g., Crystal Reports

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
