Portfolio Manager – Clifton, Bristol Salary: £28,000 basic (depending on experience) OTE: £32,000 (pooled commission and performance incentives) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm (No weekends, except occasional support during the student changeover period with advance notice) An established property management business in Clifton is looking to recruit an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a residential property portfolio and support the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. This role would suit someone with solid property management experience who enjoys responsibility, working closely with landlords and tenants, and maintaining high standards across compliance, maintenance, and customer service. Student lettings experience is advantageous but not essential.
