Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you'll create a seamless member experience that encourages results and retention.
As a 'people person', you'll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, and ensure the club is in top shape by monitoring the pool area and maintaining cleanliness.
Whether coaching, cleaning, or coordinating classes, you'll uphold our high standards and foster an environment members love.

What we need from you:
* A passion for hospitality, leisure, and fitness, with excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
* Outstanding customer service skills leading to high member satisfaction.
* Solution-oriented mindset with proactive issue spotting.
* Compliance with company and legal guidelines to ensure safety for all.
