Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistent quality
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times
Support the smooth running of the kitchen during busy service periods
Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for fresh, quality food and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
Reliability and willingness to learn and progress
