The Employment team, based in the firm's Luton office, provides business-focused services to both HR teams and companies without dedicated HR resources. Known for its practical and commercially-minded legal solutions, the team handles a wide range of employment matters, including TUPE, employment terminations, tribunal support, business reorganisations, and redundancies.

About the Role:
The role offers an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor who is eager to develop their knowledge and skills in a variety of areas. The role is also suitable for an experienced solicitor looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day employment advice to both employers and employees.
2. Negotiate settlement agreements and represent clients in employment tribunals, including advocacy.
3. Advise on corporate matters such as TUPE, due diligence, and the employment aspects of transaction documents, including warranties and indemnities in sale agreements.
4. Develop and manage a client base through business development activities, including writing articles, hosting webinars, and networking.
5. Provide leadership and supervision to junior members of the team, including trainees and junior solicitors.
Key Requirements:
6. Qualified Employment Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE.
7. Broad experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
8. Ideally, experience in employment-related corporate support, including TUPE and business transactions.
9. Experience in creating strategic solutions for businesses, with commercial acumen.
10. A positive attitude towards career progression and self-development.
11. Networking and marketing experience is desirable; public speaking experience is a plus.
