The Office for Students (OfS) is the statutory regulator for higher education in England. We are searching for a new IT Training Manager to shape, drive and deliver the IT training strategy for the organisation. This role is much more than delivering traditional classroom-based learning day in day out. Far from it, this is an integral role within the IT team that touches on many areas beyond that of training; shaping IT communications, overseeing the deployment of new features, driving continuous service improvement; acting as the advocate for users - this role is expected to contribute wherever the worlds of IT and users meet.
