Richard Abson Group is currently assisting a premium car dealership in Llandudno in their search for an experienced Car Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with at least one year of experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership. You will have a solid understanding of vehicle ordering systems, specifications, and be IT competent, ideally with working knowledge of Kerridge/Drive. A professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills are essential.
The Role
* Supporting the sales team with all administrative duties.
* Processing vehicle orders and invoices.
* Managing documentation and ensuring accuracy.
* Liaising with customers and internal departments.
Requirements
* Minimum one year experience in a similar role within a main dealership.
* Knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
* Familiarity with Kerridge/Drive (preferred).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
What’s On Offer
* Basic salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience).
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
* No weekend work.
