About the Organisation This housing provider manages over 12,000 homes across Kent, Surrey and the South East. The organisation operates independently while being part of a wider, well-respected housing group, giving you the benefits of both local focus and group-wide support. With a portfolio of mainly low/medium-rise homes and only five high-rise buildings, you’ll find the scale manageable while offering the scope to deliver best practice and achieve strong resident-focused outcomes. About the Role This newly evolved position sits within a supportive Compliance function and leads a small team of three. You’ll take the lead on fire safety compliance (c.75% of the role) while also supporting building safety case management and delivering a resident-focused approach to building safety (remaining c.25%).
