Key Accountabilities

Apply core property management accounting principles within the accounts receivable function, with a strong focus on credit control activities.
*
Experience with property management accounting systems is desirable, familiarity with platforms such as MRI Horizon or similar tools, including the ability to generate and interpret system reports for client needs.
*
Proactively communicate with tenants to manage credit control workflow, ensuring outstanding sums are recovered promptly.
*
Support cash-posting tasks when required.
*
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior finance colleagues, property management leadership and client-facing accountancy staff.
*
Maintain accurate lease records and related documentation, and prepare client statements and reporting packs as requested.
*
Liaise with surveyors, suppliers, tenants, and clients to resolve queries efficiently and maintain smooth operational processes
