1. Support, coach and mentor your team
2. Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver your vision
3. Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the General Managers absence

At our proper pub sites we pride ourselves on providing a proper home for live sport, serving a proper pint and consistently offering proper pub food. We aim to create a proper, traditional pub atmosphere for our guests. Proper pubs are transparent and simple. What you see is what you get in every venue. If you are passionate about providing our guests with great quality and straightforward food and drink then a career at a proper pub could be for you. Eli Jenkins is a friendly and welcoming venue offering great food and drinks to our guests, based in the busy city centre of Swansea. We open early daily for our famous breakfasts and food is served until 9pm. We have a fantastic selection of Real Ales on offer and have been awarded with the Cask Marque Certificate of Excellence. We have lots of fun entertainment here for everyone such as weekly bingo and a quiz. On the last Saturday of the month we have a DJ and karaoke night with prizes for the best singer!
