Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service
2. Go ‘the extra mile’ for every customer
3. Recommend the right products or services to meet customer needs
4. Maximize sales and performance by identifying areas for improvement
5. Lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate, train, and develop your team using our Pets Corner Curriculum
6. Maintain high standards in store and product presentation
7. Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and merchandising
8. Handle key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store
9. Maintain accurate inventory by checking deliveries, conducting stocktakes, and investigating stock losses
Requirements of an Assistant Manager:

2. Strong team focus with the ability to lead and motivate others
