Based near Redditch, the company employs a mix of manual and automated manufacturing methods within a well-established, steadily evolving production environment. This is a daytime position offering full autonomy to lead site maintenance and promote best practices. The successful candidate will earn a salary in the region of £40,000, with additional opportunities for overtime and flexible working hours where possible.

Maintenance Engineer duties include -
Handle general site and factory maintenance.
Oversee scheduled PPM to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors.
Manage stock levels and reorder consumables as needed.
Help to improve processes and minimise downtime.Maintenance Engineer desirable skills and experience -
Experience working in a similar role (Mechanical Fitter, Handyman etc).
Experience in manufacturing or engineering with strong fault-finding skills.
PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
