We're working with a leading planning consultancy in Cardiff that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planner to support its growing project portfolio.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential, commercial, and strategic land projects, while taking on greater responsibility for client management and project delivery.
Requirements:
• MRTPI qualified
• Proven experience within a planning consultancy, local authority, or developer environment
• Strong knowledge of the Welsh planning system
• Excellent report-writing, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage planning applications and provide strategic planning advice
