Role Objective
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth in the UK, with a particular focus on the high-end residential segment and key reseller partnerships. Based in the London showroom, the role requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with design professionals and premium retail clients.
This is a client-facing, consultative role at the intersection of design and commercial strategy – ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of the luxury interiors market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expand the client portfolio within the UK, targeting high-end residential and design-led retail sectors.
* Build trusted partnerships with interior designers, architects, and selected showrooms.
* Act as the main liaison between clients and the company’s central team to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to project needs.
* Actively monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in line with brand positioning.
Ideal Candidate
* 5–7 years’ experience in sales or account management within the luxury interiors, furniture, or high-end design industries.
* Well-connected within the UK design ecosystem, with a strong network of relevant stakeholders.
* Commercially driven, results-oriented, and able to balance elegance with effectiveness in client interactions.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
