Introduction
As an Insurance Technician in our client's Operations Team, you will be an integral part of our high-performing team based in Cheltenham. Your role involves providing efficient, effective, and expert administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions, in line with compliance, FCA, and internal audit guidelines.

Responsibilities
* Document Creation - gather information from files and use data to complete standard document templates for distribution internally and externally.
* Data Entry - accurately enter, amend, update, and submit data onto relevant systems independently.
* Management Information - create and maintain electronic and paper files; manage daily correspondence, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
* Documentation Checking
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
* Ability to analyze and identify key information
* Proficient knowledge of relevant systems and understanding of where to find pertinent information
* Problem-solving skills using knowledge of policies and procedures
