International Event Coordinator Wanted! 🌟\n\nAre you a passionate Event Coordinator ready to take your skills to a global stage? Our client, a leader in the Software and Technology sector, is searching for an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team in Uxbridge!

This is a temporary full-time position for 6 months, with an hourly rate ranging from £14 to £19. 🚀\n\nAbout the Role:\nIn this exciting position, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing outstanding conferences across Europe, the Middle East, and America. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for logistics, we want to hear from you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nResearch and liaise with venues, suppliers, and contractors\nNegotiate contracts and pricing to maximise value\nCreate and maintain engaging event websites 🌐\nManage all logistical aspects of events to ensure smooth execution\nCoordinate training and support for guest speakers\nOversee virtual event execution and troubleshoot live issues\nTravel internationally to manage on-site operations ✈️What We're Looking For:\n\nMinimum 2 years' experience in event coordination\nProven ability to manage logistics across multiple regions (Europe, US)\nExcellent communication skills - both verbal and written\nConfident and professional demeanour with a collaborative attitude\nStrong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to negotiate effectively with suppliers and contractors\nTech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nExperience with virtual event platforms\nFluent in English (spoken and written) 🌟\nValid passport and willingness to travel internationally\nPassion for long-term career growth within the organisationWhy Join Us?\n\nWork with a globally expanding company 🌐\nBe part of a dynamic, supportive, and ambitious team\nGain international exposure and fantastic networking opportunities\nHelp shape innovative events that create real industry impact!Location:\nOur client's office is conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from Uxbridge train station, however, this role will be mostly remote working unless away on travel🚉\n\nIf you're ready to embark on a thrilling career adventure and be part of something big, apply today!
