Job Description
3. General office duties
4. Recording financial transactions
5. Handling accounts payable and receivable
6. Appropriately coding invoices for Xero, QuickBooks and SAGE software packages
7. Recording cash receipts and handling bank deposits
8. Maintaining petty cash
9. Providing administrative and clerical support as needed
10. Additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
11. Preparing Income and Expenditure Statements
12. Preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets
13. Filing historical records and retrieving necessary documents as needed for others
The Successful Applicant
14. AAT qualified and on ACCA or aca journey, or QBE.
15. Effective communication skills, written and verbal
16. Good customer care skills
17. Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
18. Able to work in an organised manner to strict deadlines - planning, diary management, department systems set up and maintenance
19. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities
