Location: Enfield
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Hours: Mon- Fri 08.00am – 5.00pm/ 08.30am – 5.30pm (Lunch 1 Hour)

Role Purpose: Support the branch operation by assisting customers, handling deliveries, picking and packing products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand the product range and availability.
2. Take responsibility for learning and development.
3. Communicate clearly with customers and escalate issues when needed.
4. Assist with loading and unloading stock safely.
5. Ensure correct documentation for goods in and out.
6. Report damaged stock promptly.
* Complete all required training.
7. Perform daily safety checks on equipment.
8. Participate in stocktaking activities.
9. Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Person Specification:
10. Good communication and customer service skills
11. Able to work independently and as part of a team
12. Safety-conscious and proactive
13. No prior experience required—training provided
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
14. Pick and pack orders with at least 98% accuracy.
15. Ensure all delivery tickets are signed and documented.
16. Complete daily equipment safety checks.
17. Meet daily loading targets.
18. Follow safety procedures and avoid accidents.
19. Report damaged stock within the same day.
