Planning & Stock Coordinator | Fresh Produce | Kent

We're working with a well-established, high-volume fresh produce business supplying top-tier UK retailers. They're looking for a confident, proactive and organised individual to take ownership of planning and stock coordination across their 7-day site operation in Kent.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Building and managing daily production plans aligned with customer orders and factory capacity
* Supporting medium and long-term planning strategies
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
* Driving stock accuracy through ERP systems
* Collaborating with Packhouse, Warehouse, Commercial, and Technical teams
* Using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency
* Providing 1-in-3 weekend cover (with time off in lieu)
What You'll Need:
* Experience in a Fresh Produce, FMCG or Chilled Food Manufacturing environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage time-sensitive demands
* Comfortable with ERP systems and confident making data-led decisions
* Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
* The ability to work cross-functionally in a busy environment
What's on Offer:
* £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
* 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (flexible)
