Job Description
National Civil Engineering Contractor with a solid pipeline of projects and a growing team who are now recruiting an experienced Working Foreman.
The successful Foreman will be capable of supervising gangs, maintaining records, diaries, delivering toolbox talks and driving a programme.
You should have a demonstrable experience of concrete repairs & waterproof coatings.
Role & Responsibilities
· Comfortable being the main point of contact with the Client.
· Responsible for quality of workmanship in all areas on site
· Responsible for productivity in all areas on site
· Promote a high Health & Safety awareness throughout the site.
· Site records to be maintained.
· Control of works on site in conjunction with other members of site management team.
· Control of plant hire and maintenance and security of same
· Ordering materials and plant for site works.
· Awareness of site budget
· Awareness of programme constraints and driving works to meet targets.
