Financial Controller
Location: Morayshire (AB56), UK
Salary: From £47,000 per annum, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our client's team in Morayshire. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management across the organisation. Travel between local offices will be required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including intercompany transactions.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
* Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
* Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
* Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team.
* Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and receivable functions.
* Monitor cash flow and optimise working capital.
* Liaise with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
