Elevate is recruiting a Paralegal to contribute to support employment litigation and investigations. As an Elevate Paralegal - Investigations, you will use your excellent attention to detail and prior experiences to implement investigations services for our clients. You will be called upon to provide operational support for our customers, including managing intake and triage of reports, and collecting data, while maintaining compliance with the client investigation handling guidelines under tight deadlines. For this role, you will work with the customers technology and will follow detailed playbooks and processes to interface within the specific workstream assigned.


Responsibilities

* Handle high volume investigations by managing intake and triage and collecting critical data through various customer systems.
* Review investigation requests/reports and allocate them to the appropriate ongoing process.
* Follow processes and playbooks.
* Interface with broader team. Interface with customer systems and custodians to ensure compliance with orders and gather discovery responses.
* Assist with reporting, gathering metrics, and process improvement.
* Assist on other matters as time allows.

* Able to be self-directed and work independently to meet and exceed goals.
* Become proficient on the customers technology and platforms/applications.


Experience

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in investigations, employment litigation, or other related area of support.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience using technology in an area that is highly process‑driven.


Technical skills

* Excellent MS Office skills - capable of preparing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files without support.
* Adobe Acrobat.
* Able to work with remote team members using technology (video calls, emails/teams chats).
* Comfortable with learning new software products, as necessary.


Qualifications

* Law Degree
