Here at XPO, were looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Shift Manager to join us on our Night shift for our Arla (dairy) contract based in Hatfield. This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of going permanant. Youll need some flexibility to work across our operating hours; on a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour day shift basis. Youll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and effective running of our transport function.

1. Carry out day-to-day driver planning, focusing on resource optimisation, using both XPO and agency colleagues
