Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Housing Support Officer role located in Egham. The Housing Support Officer will work directly with clients to provide personalized support, assist them in maintaining their tenancies, and empower them in achieving independence. Responsibilities include assessing individual needs, collaborating with other professionals, delivering high-quality customer service, and providing essential guidance and practical assistance. The role requires proactive problem-solving, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients.

* Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships and effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and external partners
* Analytical Skills to assess client needs, develop support plans, and address challenges proactively
* Customer Service and Technical Support skills to assist clients with tenancy management and accessing essential services
* A commitment to inclusivity, empathy, and professionalism in supporting vulnerable individuals
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment
* Experience in housing support or social care is highly desirable
* Knowledge of relevant housing and welfare legislation is a plus
