Position: Partnerships Director (12-month maternity cover, with potential to become permanent)
The Partnerships Director plays a pivotal role in expanding Impact Plus’s global footprint and enabling digital advertising partners to measure and reduce their carbon emissions. You will lead the full commercial cycle — from prospecting to closing — while deepening relationships with existing partners and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Market Development
* Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with company OKRs.
* Identify priority markets, high‑value segments, and strategic accounts to drive new‑business growth.
* Monitor market trends, sustainability regulation, and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
* Work with senior leadership on revenue forecasting and quarterly commercial priorities.
Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across brands, agencies, and adtech partners.
* Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing.
* Create compelling proposals and commercial models that clearly communicate IMPACT PLUS value.
* Drive lead generation through events, partnerships, and targeted outreach programmes.
Partnership & Ecosystem Expansion
* Identify and develop new strategic partnerships across the digital advertising ecosystem.
* Build senior‑level relationships that unlock scalable commercial opportunities and integrations.
* Represent IMPACT PLUS in industry forums and sustainability initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Product & Market Insights
* Provide structured market and client feedback to inform product roadmap priorities.
* Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve solution‑market fit.
Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership
* Attend and contribute to industry events to position Impact Plus as a sustainability leader.
* Stay informed on sustainability trends and emerging requirements to support credible, insight‑led conversations.
* Support thought leadership and market education initiatives that drive demand.
Qualifications
* 7+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
* SaaS or adtech experience preferred but not essential.
* Strong network within digital advertising (brands, agencies, adtech).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Passion for sustainability and driving positive environmental impact.
* Creative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
* Remote role (ideally UK‑based).
