MRO Order Management Team is incharge ofthe timely management for component repair orders.The
team is responsible to monitor and manageprocess steps (internal and external) from the repair ordercreation until the successful clarified return of the unit to theinternal customer. Primary objective to reduce component repairTurn Around Time (TAT) and to reduce repair overall costs.
Rolesand Responsibilities:
* Inputmaintain and document the transactions in COMPANY IT systems (suchas SAP and other customized applications) monitor and managetransactions (Aircraft component repair Orders) also interactingwith other departments/interfaces globally to expedite materialmovements and transactions for optimal closure of open repairorders to reduce the TAT and to minimize the repaircost.
* Explore various opportunities to shortencMRO repair cycle and executetransactions.
* Remind Vendors/ Suppliers todeliver the information needed for timely conclusion oftransactions related to open repair orders as well as for closedevents.
* Forecasting & risk assessmentof open Orders in terms of Cost andTime.
* Escalate occurring issues to the teamleader & to the team members inorder to find optimalsolutions & to minimize the risks in theprocess.
* Supporting purchasing process throughactive involvement with Suppliers while creating orders bookinggoods receiving and clarify invoicingissues.
* Monitor the relevant Key PerformanceIndicators (KPI) and servicelevels both from the quality and froman economic standpoint.
* Collaborate with otherLocations (HAM and SOF) Participate inprojects.
Desiredcandidateprofile:
* Graduationin any stream ofEngineering
* Minimumof 1 year of relevant workexperience
* Excellentspoken and writtenEnglish
* Experience in dealingwith suppliers (external)
* Knowledge &experience in Supply Chain Inventory& PurchaseManagement
* Experience inhandling relevant IT infrastructure (SAP R/3 and SAPBW experiencepreferred)
* Excellent knowledge ofMS Excel
* Abilityto take decisions autonomously
* Creative andinnovative thinking. Team player & Flexibility; High degreeof customer orientation
* Willingness to undergocontinuous training
* Willingness to work inshifts & Ability to work underpressure
