Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team in Eccles. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, working within a well-established organisation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Performance Manager and play a key role in administrative and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient administrative and compliance support
* Communicate effectively with clients via telephone, CAFM helpdesk system, and outlook
* Raise and manage both PPM and reactive work orders in the CAFM system to support KPI delivery
* Prepare quotations, chase approvals, and coordinate works with subcontractors
* Raise purchase orders and arrange site access
* Produce reports and maintain documentation with confidentiality
* Support the management team with day-to-day operations

Requirements:
* Previous administration experience
* Highly organised and reliable
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* FM experience is desirable
* Vetting check required prior to start
