Looking for a Teaching Role with SEN Schools in Slough
Are you interested in a new teaching position starting in September, working with pupils with additional needs? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting full-time teachers for SEN schools in Slough. These roles involve supporting students with varying complexities of additional needs that require specialized educational support.
In these positions, you will lead small classes, tailor support to individual student needs, and manage a team of teaching assistants to ensure optimal support for all students. You should be comfortable teaching the primary curriculum across multiple subjects and adapting your teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
Requirements:
* Be a fully qualified Teacher with QTS.
* Experience working with students with complex additional needs or relevant transferable skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching to different student needs.
* Experience with challenging behavior and de-escalation skills.
* Confidence in leading a team of teaching assistants.
* Ability to provide feedback to staff and parents about student progress.
* Availability to start full-time in September.
