STOCK CONTROLLER WORKING FROM HOME / HYBRID MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM – 4PM HOURLY RATE OF PAY £13.63 ph IMMEDIATE START JTL Recruitment are working in partnership with Unipart NHS. We are keen to recruit a stock controller / senior stock administrator to assist and support suppliers, products, and stakeholders, supporting the NHS function and procedures. Job Description: To manage a group of Suppliers and Products, ensuring all targets, policies and procedures of NHS Supply Chain are adhered to. Liaising with Stakeholders through all media such as phone, meetings, email etc. Providing analysis of data and presenting in simple formats for tracking future supply chain of products. Skill set: Admin Skills IT Skills, working in a confidential environment, written and verbal communication skills, analytical, continuous improvement, problem solver, eye for detail, excellent excel skills with an understanding of key tools, self-motivated Essential experience: Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel. Idealy knowlege of the Oracle system. Ability to use V look ups and Pivot tables to data analysis Have proven experience in Stock Control and supplier management. Accuracy and attention to detail, dealing with high volume queries via email and Teams. Confident communicator with the ability to use initiative in problem solving. Training will be given on the Oracle systems and the role itself to enable you to work remotely, but candidates must be able to demonstrate capabilites through Microsoft office. Telephone interviews will be arranged as soon as convenient with immediate start for the successful candidate. Please note you may be required to attend site in Normanton once a month so having your own transport will be essential or the ability to attend these meetings when scheduled.
