We’re working with a highly respected consultancy that’s looking for a Pensions Consultant to join their Defined Contribution (DC) Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own client portfolio while collaborating with an experienced team on larger, high-profile clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their unique objectives.
* Deliver strategic advice on all aspects of DC pension schemes – from design to investment strategy.
* Conduct regular scheme reviews to ensure competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
* Drive change by helping clients implement scheme updates, engagement campaigns, and communications.
* Collaborate across internal teams to deliver cohesive, impactful pension solutions.
* Deliver technical briefings and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
What They’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in DC pension consultancy or a similar advisory role.
* Strong knowledge of DC pension scheme regulations, governance, and investment strategies.
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
* Experience managing client accounts and delivering strategic advice.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to support business development efforts.
* Project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
