Your New RoleOur client is seeking apany Secretarial Assistant to join their team in Swindon and play a pivotal role in their continued growth. Our client is flexible as to where and how this role is fulfilled, and you may be interested in working part-time, or flexing your hours across five days – with a blend of office and homeworking.You will be responsible for incorporating limitedpanies and ensuringpliance with money laundering requirements. You will prepare and monitor the confirmation statements process and deadlines, file changes topany information (including directors, PSC, and addresses), and prepare share documents such as transfers and restructuring. Additionally, you will draft minutes and resolutions for various transactions, prepare dividend paperwork and minutes, and maintain and/or create statutory records forpanies, ensuring they are up-to-date with current legislation. You will also prepare paperwork forpany strike-offs and dissolutions.What You'll Need to SucceedKnowledge ofpany secretarial duties andpliance requirements is essential, as is experience with statutory record maintenance andpany legislation. This is a standalone role and whilst you will have the support of Directors internally (and external support if needed), it is important that you arefortable operating autonomously. To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Whilst not essential, experience with the IRISpany secretarial software would be an advantage.What you'll get in return
