We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development Manager to join our award-winning team, based at our growing Weston-super-Mare branch. Due to continued success and rising demand, we’re looking for an ambitious individual to lead business growth across North Somerset, delivering exceptional service while playing a key role in shaping the future of our lettings operations. What You’ll Be Doing Conducting accurate rental valuations and winning new landlord instructions Carrying out property viewings and securing offers Generating and converting new business opportunities to expand the portfolio Building lasting relationships with landlords and property investors Managing negotiations, tenancy queries, and offer processes professionally Supporting day-to-day branch operations and performance Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring full compliance Collaborating with our Head of New Business to execute growth strategies Implementing new initiatives to improve client experience Recruiting, mentoring, and training new team members Staying up to date with lettings legislation and compliance standards Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs What We’re Looking For At least 12 months' experience in valuations, viewings, and lettings instructions A motivated self-starter with a passion for property and customer service Excellent communication and negotiation skills A natural networker who can build strong landlord and client relationships Organised and proactive with the ability to prioritise and lead a team Strong IT skills and attention to detail Knowledge of lettings legislation (or willingness to train) A positive attitude and commitment to team development What We Offer £30,000 basic salary realistic OTE of £35,000 (uncapped pooled commission) 25 days annual leave bank holidays (rising with length of service) Funded CePAP qualifications and access to premium training resources Real career progression within a growing brand Regular company social event CJ Hole employee rewards – exclusive discounts on travel, well-being, fashion & more A supportive, high-performing team environment with plenty of opportunity to grow Location Pure Offices, Pastures Avenue, St Georges, Weston-super-Mare, BS22 7SB Apply Now We're looking for someone with the confidence, skill, and drive to lead and grow our North Somerset lettings business.
