Representing a globally recognised European automotive brand renowned for style, innovation, and heritage, this role offers the chance to be at the heart of a dynamic sales operation with strong manufacturer backing and excellent growth potential.
As a hands-on Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across the showroom floor.
Working closely with a team of Sales Executives and the senior leadership team, you will:
* Maximise every sales opportunity through proactive deal management
* Construct competitive, commercially sound finance and vehicle packages
* Second-face customers to enhance conversions and upsell value-added products
* Lead by example as an active contributor to sales volume and profitability
* Support, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Ensure full compliance with sales processes, FCA regulations, and brand standards
* Champion outstanding customer experience at every stage of the journey

Essential:
* Proven track record as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Manager within a franchised dealership
* Strong deal-making skills with confidence in structuring finance and add-on products

* High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and best practice
