The company are a recognised specialist in building management systems, continuing to grow through long term service contracts and repeat business. Due to a recent resignation and increasing workload, they are looking to strengthen their London service team.
In this role, you'll carry out scheduled BMS servicing across Central London, travelling from home to site daily. The estate is largely Trend based, with additional exposure to Tridium and other platforms. You'll also support call outs and small works, with increasing involvement in controller upgrades and additional value works.
This role suits a BMS Engineer wanting stable London based work with strong overtime potential and the opportunity to broaden their technical exposure while progressing within a successful organisation.
The Role:
* BMS Service Engineer covering Central London
* Home to site travel daily
* Servicing focused with exposure to small works and controller upgrades
* £60,000 to £65,000 base + £500 per month car allowance + bonuses
* 1 in 4 / 1 in 5 call out rota, £225 standby payment
* Overtime paid at enhanced rates (1.5x or 2x on Sundays)
* 26 days holiday + bank holidays
