Front of House Supervisor
We’re looking for a confident and proactive Front of House Supervisor to support the Front of House Manager and help deliver exceptional service every day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
* Oversee front of house service during shifts
* Support and guide the front of house team
* Assist with stock and front of house ordering
Opening & Closing
* Complete daily opening and closing procedures
* Ensure all checklists and standards are met consistently
Cash Handling & Financial Accuracy
* Manage tills, floats, and card machines
* Complete accurate end‑of‑day cashing up
* Report and elevate any discrepancies
Compliance & Safety
* Carry out front of house due diligence tasks
* Ensure all health & safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed correctly
Team Support & Communication
* Act as the main point of contact during shifts
* Escalate operational or staffing issues to the Front of House Manager when needed
