Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (8 hours)

Role Overview

You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience.

Role Responsibilities

* Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell, ensuring a positive experience.
* Provide exceptional service, helping customers find products that suit their needs for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
* Stay updated on company activity and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.

Experience

* Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and can-do approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
* Team player with good time management skills.
