You will join us on a full time (37 hours), term time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £21,785 per annum, equivalent to a full year salary of £24,577 per annum, plus staff benefits. The primary duties of this role are to work in collaboration with the subject lecturing staff and assessors, under the direction of the Learning Support Manger, or their delegate, within a wide variety of learning environments and situations. Support students to access these curriculums both within and outside of a classroom environment including: reading out of materials, note taking, word processing, using enabling technologies, definition of language and other metacognitive skills. What we are looking for in our role: For this role, we are looking for someone with: GCSE English and Maths or equivalent at grade C or 4 Recent and demonstrable experience of supporting with people with special education needs.
